Captivated: Love Captivated Me

Gravity is a law of nature we live with every day. Even a child learns quickly that what goes up, will come down. As much as gravity’s pull tethers us to the earth, there is another force which serves as an even greater magnet to our soul.

We have been created with a space in our soul that can only be satisfied by God. Like the pull of gravity, his love is drawing us to himself. And once we have experienced the warmth of his presence, the goodness of his character, the depth of his love, and the joy of walking in relationship with the Living Lord, we are never the same.

Our vision this year is CAPTIVATED. By definition, it describes something that attracts us, holding our interest and attention. We believe that when we have been captivated by Jesus, his love compels us to live differently and propels us into our destiny.

1 John 4:16 NLT says it like this-
We know how much God loves us and we have put our trust in his love.

Heaven and earth and all of creation shouts his greatness that we may turn our attention and our affection toward our mighty God. May our response be a lifetime of communion and adventure as he daily leads and guides.

We pray that now more than any other time in history, women of every generation will know and declare, “Love captivated me!”
